You can't prevent the pre-ejaculation that comes out without warning,(most men never even notice it's there) this contains the most potant amount of sperm. You can however, prevent premature ejaculation. As most men know, once you've finished, it's hard to finish right after. So, train your body. Use your hand just before your date or earlier in the night that you plan on having sex. Make sure you finish though. Then when you go to do stuff with your partner, it will be much more difficult for you to finish as fast. If you are young, it may take a while until your body gets used to it, practice makes perfect!

well time to give your self a wank and get use to it. like just kinda do what you do more often and you eventally wont get so aroused and last longer. but you can buy condoms now which have numing stuff inside of them so you can last longer to but i have no idea where.

How do you prevent premature ejaculation?
Anything you can do while masturbation to help prevent premature ejaculation? I can only last around 30-40 seconds before I have to stop to prevent it from coming.
